Cal is welcoming one of the most talented freshmen classes in the country: Maya Bordas of Capital Gymnastics; Milan Clausi of Olympus; Talitha Jones of Precision Gymnastics; Grace Quinn of Texas Dreams; and Abi Solari of The Academy of Gymnastics.

Maya Bordas competed at the Junior Olympics in 2017, where she tied for the all around crown with future Cal teammate Milan Clausi (see below), tied for silver on bars and was third on floor in the Senior C division. That same year, she won gold on beam and floor, silver in the all around and bronze on bars at the Texas State Championships, and was seventh on bars at the Region 3 Championships. In 2018, she won gold in the all around, beam and floor, and silver on vault and bars at the Metroplex Challenge.
Name: Milan Clausi

Milan Clausi is a three-time Junior Olympic qualifier (2013, 2017 and 2018). In 2017, she tied for gold in the all around with Maya Bordas in the Senior C division and tied for third place on beam. In 2018, she won gold on beam, and silver in the all around and on vault in the Senior E division. Also in 2018, Milan tied for gold on vault and beam, won silver on beam and bronze in the all around at the Utah State Championships, and won silver on vault and bronze on floor and in the all around at the Region 1 Championships.
Name: Talitha Jones
Club: Precision Gymnastics

Talitha Jones is a four-time Junior Olympic qualifier (2013, 2015, 2017 and 2018). In 2013, she was twenty-first in the all around in the Junior A division. In 2015, she was sixteenth on bars in the Junior B division. In 2017, she was fourth on floor and sixth in the all around in the Senior A division. And in 2018, she was eleventh on bars, her most improved apparatus, in the Senior D division. Talitha had a stellar year leading up to Nationals. She won the bars title at the SoCal State Championships, and won gold medals in the all around, on bars and floor at the Region 1 Championships.
Name: Grace Quinn
Club: Texas Dreams
Best event(s): Vault and floor
Grace Quinn is a former U.S. elite gymnast (2013 to 2015). 2015, her last year as a junior, was her most successful season. She tied for third place on vault at the Secret U.S. Classic, and was sixth on floor, seventh on vault and ninth in the all around at the P&G Championships.
Name: Abi Solari
Club: The Academy of Gymnastics (Great Britain)

Abi Solari is a British elite gymnast. After a very promising junior career, during which she won gold on vault at the 2013 Espoir English Championships and silver in the all around at the 2014 Olympic Hopes, Abi had an outstanding first year as a senior in 2016. She won bronze in the all around at the English Championships, and bronze on vault at the British Championships.
