U.S. junior elite Audrey Davis of WOGA has switched her commitment from the University of Georgia to the University of Oklahoma.
Davis is a current member of the U.S. junior national team. She rose to prominence in the gymnastics world very quickly. She began competing as a Level 10 gymnast in 2016 and had an extraordinary season. She competed at her first Level 10 Texas State Championships, and won gold on bars, silver in the all around and on beam (tied) and bronze on vault. She later competed at the Region 3 Championships, where she won a silver medal on bars, a bronze medal on vault and was fifth in the all around. She qualified to her first Junior Olympics, where she tied for gold on beam and for fourth place in the all around. In 2016 Davis also competed as an elite gymnast at the Secret U.S. Classic, where she finished thirty-first in the all around. Davis competed only as an elite gymnast in 2017. At the U.S. Classic she finished fourth in the all around and fifth on bars and beam. She qualified to the P&G Championships, where she finished sixth in the all around and fourth on bars. Since she finished in the top-six in the all around at Nationals, Davis was named to the U.S. junior national team.
